INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of fresh or frozen haskap berries
1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
1 naan flatbread
3 - 4 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 small onion, sliced
1/3 cup arugula
salt, pepper and olive oil, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small pot cook berries for 2 - 3 minutes. Mash, add honey and reduce to the desired thickness. Set aside.
Heat oven to 400F and place naan on baking sheet.
Spread ricotta cheese on naan and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Drizzle haskap sauce onto the bread and add the onions.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Top with fresh arugula, salt, pepper and olive oil.
